What is the purpose of the auction?
The Paideia School auction is the largest fundraiser for financial aid. Paideia's financial aid program is an important means of promoting socioeconomic diversity within our school community. For 2022-2023, we provided more than $3.5 million in tuition assistance to students in elementary, junior high, and high school. In addition to tuition, our financial aid helps to offset the cost of athletic uniforms, MARTA cards, musical instruments as well as other costs associated with attending Paideia.
How do participants bid during the auction?
The auction uses Greater Giving Online Bidding – a paperless bidding system.
What are the key dates for the auction?
Ticket sales open: February 1, 2023
Silent Auction bidding opens: March 4, 2023 (bid online for Silent Auction items all week)
Live Auction Event: Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 6:00 - 11:00 PM
Silent Auction closes: Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 9:30 PM

How much are the tickets to the live event?
Tickets are $95/each when purchased between February 1 - March 1, and $120/each when purchased after March 1st.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online and at the door.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to bid on items?
It depends. A ticket is not necessary to bid on items in the Silent Auction. However, a ticket is required to participate in the Live Auction at the event. Within 24 hours of ticket purchase, you will be automatically registered to bid.
How do I register to bid for the Silent Auction?
Ticket sales and registering to bid happen will start on February 1. Registering to bid is not necessary if you purchase a ticket.

1. Log in to an existing Greater Giving account, or
2. Create a new account by clicking the green CREATE ACCOUNT button
3. Enter your email address and continue the registration process
What should I expect at the live event?
The live event will be a fun night with drinks, delicious food, an exciting Live Auction, music and dancing! We look forward to welcoming back renowned auctioneer TiWanna Kenney, who will showcase amazing and unique experiences and items for you to bid on.

What should I wear?
The theme is "Best Foot Forward", so grab your favorite pair of party shoes or sneakers and have fun with your attire! Dress up or down, fit the theme or go your own way.
