πParty uses Greater Giving Online Bidding – a paperless bidding system.

What is the πParty?

The πParty is Paideia’s annual fundraiser to support financial aid. Rooted in fun and fundraising, the event aims to bring the Paideia community together to create authentic connections while making Paideia more accessible for all students.

Last year, Paideia provided more than $3.5 million in financial aid to support more than 170 students. In addition to tuition, financial aid seeks to bridge the gap to cover the cost of lunch, textbooks, athletic uniforms, MARTA cards, musical instruments, and other costs associated with attending Paideia.

What is the πParty theme for 2024?

This year, we’re bringing The Price is Right game show to life. By choosing a nostalgic theme where everyone is celebrated, we hope to elicit parents’ interest and sense of belonging, just like the show does. Whether you’re the highest bidder or luck is on your side, there are numerous ways to participate and win.

What should I expect at the live event?

Like years past, the event will be full of community spirit, delicious food and drinks, and a silent and live auction. What is different is the live auction will be a game show with opportunities to win whether you’re the highest bidder or luck is on your side. Head of School Tom Taylor will act as our very own Bob Barker and, together with DJ Mello, will lead you through games of chance, unique experiences, and terrific items! 

6:00 p.m. Doors open, and you can check out silent auction items and play your luck at games like Plinko or Heads or Tails for a chance to win big prizes!

8:00 p.m. The Price is Right game show begins
(Please note: you will want to arrive early to play games and increase your chance to win) 

10:00 p.m. Silent Auction closes

11:00 p.m. Event concludes

Limited parking is available onsite; however, we suggest attendees stay safe and use rideshare or carpool. 

How do I purchase tickets? Tickets are currently for sale here and and at the door the evening of the event.

Do I need to purchase a ticket to bid on items in the Silent Auction? If you are not able to attend the live party and game, you can still bid on itmes in the Silent Auction. To register, click here.

A ticket is required to attend the πParty and participate in the Live Auction (game show) at the event. Within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket, you will be automatically enrolled in the bidding process and receive a text to the online bidding platform.

What should I wear?

With the theme The Price Is Right, anything goes - this is your chance to pretend you’re a real contestant in the show, so tune in to CBS or Pluto TV to get inspired! (Yes, it’s still airing with not-so-new host Drew Carey!) Here are some ideas to embrace the fun and vibrant styles often seen on the show
