What is the purpose of the auction?
The Paideia School auction is the largest fundraiser for Financial Aid. For 2021 - 2022, more than $3.5 million in financial aid supported more than 170 students. In addition to tuition, financial aid seeks to bridge the gap to cover the cost of lunch, textbooks, athletic uniforms, MARTA cards, musical instruments as well as other costs associated with attending Paideia. Net proceeds from the Auction typically exceed $300,000, all of which goes directly to the school’s financial aid program.

How much are the tickets to the live event?
Tickets are $95/each when purchased in advance. Tickets are $120/each when purchased the day of the auction, Saturday, March 12.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available at the door.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to bid on items?
It depends. A ticket is not necessary to bid on items in the Silent Auction. However, a ticket is required to participate in the live auction at the event, Within 24 hours of ticket purchase, you will be automatically registered to bid.
How do I register to bid for the Silent Auction? (Not necessary if you purchase a ticket)
1) Visit the online bidding website.
2) Log in to an existing Greater Giving account, or create a new account by clicking the green CREATE ACCOUNT button
3) Enter your email address and continue the registration process
What COVID precautions are being taken?
According to Brian Eames, as of March 12, the number of COVID cases are extremely low. Per CDC guidelines, it's not necessary to keep the garage doors open to increase ventilation. However, there will be an outdoor cocktail area for those who would like to eat, drink and mingle outside. A modified catering plan has been put in place with special consideration of food station placement and room flow. We recommend everyone bring a mask and please be respectful of each person’s choice. The percentage of our community that is vaccinated and boosted is extremely high.
What should I expect at the live event?
This will be the first in-person auction since 2019! We are anticipating a fun night with drinks, delicious food, and for the first time, a band - Saved by the Band! We will continue our long tradition of supporting Financial Aid with a wine pull, paddle raise to fund-a-need, and the live auction with renowned auctioneer TiWanna Kenney, who will showcase amazing and unique experiences and items for you to bid on.

What should I wear?
Have fun with your attire, anything goes! Dress up or down, fit the theme or go your own way.
